Vote by Mail Goes to Court

This week the Oklahoma Supreme Court struck down the notary requirement for absentee ballots, and three days later the legislature put it back. But that’s not all they did - they also extended the Governor’s emergency powers under CHEPA for another month and passed a budget for FY21.
